Billesdon Parish Council Serving the people of Billesdon
The Parish Council maintains the Village Green (Market Place), which is located centrally within Billesdon and surrounded by ranch fencing. It was previously the site of a monthly market in the 18th century (the old market cross marks the place) and, for many years, the annual Church Fete. Each year a service is held at 11.30 a.m. on Remembrance Sunday around the war memorial on the Green.
